The JW-B1 vertical form, fill and seal line with a 12 heads weigher is an economic production line composed of the vibratory feeder, working platform, Z-shaped elevating conveyor, 12 heads weigher, free-fall metal detector, vertical form fill and seal machine, and finished product conveyor. It is used to automatically carry out the entire process for feeding, weighing, bag forming, bag filling, bag sealing, label printing and discharging automatically.

The 12 heads weigher is able to count the large piece/bag numbers in the weighing buckets, and drops the target piece/bag numbers after an accurate calculation. This machine is highly recommended for use in processing small bag products with a small weight tolerance.
